Our Property Inspections are key to your success.

Property Inspections

Professional inspections of your property, both interior and exterior, are necessary to ensure the residents are complying with the terms of their lease and any HOA guidelines. Our goal is to protect your investment.

Types of Property Inspections

Move-In Inspection:

We inspect and videotape the property before the resident moves into the property. By videotaping the property before the resident moves in, we have a record as to the condition of the home, not just photos.

Move-Out Inspection:

We do a detailed move-out inspection, including videotaping the home after the resident moves out. We compare the move-out inspection video to the move-in inspection video and determine what the resident owes in repairs and what your contribution will be to bring the property back to rent-ready status. You will receive an itemized statement showing a breakdown of the pricing and repairs.

Monthly Exterior Inspection:

We inspect the outside of your property every month (depending on the service package) and we take a photo of the exterior. This photo is uploaded to your portal, allowing you to view the condition of your home at any time. This keeps the residents accountable and your property in good condition. If we do give a violation for not keeping the property in good condition, you are sent an e-mail and photo of the violation and another photo after it’s been resolved, giving you 100% transparency on your property.

Annual Inspection:

Annually, we send you up to a 20-page report with photos of the inside and outside of your property along with recommendations.
